Durham is particularly known for the Sarah P. Duke Gardens and the Duke Lemur Center. The season for the Durham Bulls, the Triple-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays, begins in late March, so if you arrive early you might catch a game on Saturday or Sunday against the Gwinnett Stripers.
