Consumer Statements

Consumers may use the form below to submit comments about any docketed matter to the North Carolina Utilities Commission. Statements can also be mailed to the Commission. In either case, after two or three business days statements are made part of the official record for the proceeding, and can be viewed on this website via the assigned docket number. The Commission does not respond to consumer statements but does consider them, along with all other evidence, in reaching its decisions.
